Orihuela

This is a mid-sized city between Murcia and Elche. 50 kilometres away from Alicante airport. It should not be confused with Orihuela Costa which is a coastal strip. This is inland and a major area for agriculture growing citrus fruits in its valley. This is a Spanish city where the Spanish work and live who make up most of the population. It has a good choice of shops bars and restaurants which are mainly Spanish.
